The Library offers the following technology-related services to its patrons.

Computer Classes

We are currently offering one-on-one and small group classes with a flexible schedule. Each class session is 1 hour with availability Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. We offer a wide range of classes from absolute beginner to moderate computer skills such as Excel and Google Workspace. Free Online Computer Training Tutorials

  • The Public Library Association, with support from AT&T offers their Digital Learn website, with short, self-paced courses help patrons learn computer basics, cyber security, video conferencing and more!
  • For free, self-paced online training modules, click on Power Library. Then scroll down and click on PA Online Learning and select “Computer and Internet Skills.”  The training modules there include Computer Basics, Passwords, Microsoft Office-Excel, and much more. All tutorials are immediately accessible. No account or login is required.
  • GCF LearnFree offers easy-to-follow tutorials on Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office, as well as Internet Basics, social media, and more. GCF LearnFree also offers free tutorials in math and reading. An online free web resource.
