Evening Stories at the Main Library

Thursdays at 7:00pm through May 12 Join Ms. Susan for stories, songs, and movement fun for the whole family! Geared for ages 0-6. Drop in. No class on March 24.

Baby Lap Rap at the Main Library

Wednesdays at 10:30 am through May 11 Make new friends while playing with early learning toys. Enjoy a short story time with songs and rhymes. For ages 0-24 months with a caregiver. Drop in. No class on March 23.

Toddler Tickle Tales–Thursdays at the Main Library

Thursdays at 10:30 am through May 11

Stories, songs, fingerplays and fun for the active toddler and early preschool child, followed by playgroup time. Ages 2-4 with a caregiver. Drop in.

Get Ready For Kindergarten! at the Main Library

Tuesdays, January 12 through May 10 at 10:30 am for ages 3-1/2 to 5 with a caregiver Class is filled--waiting list only. A fun program where preschoolers learn the skills they will need in Kindergarten, through stories, crafts and hands-on activities. Class size is limited and will start on time. Registration required--call 610-278-5100 x 205 or stop by the Children's Department to sign up. January 12, 19, 26, and February 2: All the Colors of the World - Learning about colors (1st three weeks include a Healthy Snack Workshop) February 9, 16, 23, March 1 and 8: Munchkin Math - Learning simple math concepts March 15, 29, April 5 and April 12: - Fun With Favorite Picture Book Characters - Learning general school skills (no class on March 22) April 19, 26, May 3, and 10: Classical Kids - Learning about the arts  

Build! at the Main Library

Every second Saturday of the month from 10:30-12 for kids in grades K-6 March 12, April 9, May 14  Create and build using a variety of great materials for the budding engineer: LEGOs, K'NEX, Straws and Connectors, and more! For children entering grades K through 6. Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult.    

KidsMake at the Main Library

Mondays at 4:30 pm through May 9  For children in grades 3-6 For kids who like to try new things. Crafts, science projects, building projects, electronics, and more! A parent-signed release form is required to participate. Class size is limited and classes will begin on time. No class on March 21 or March 28. No class on April 25.

Roll Over and Read! at the Main Library

Bring your own book or read one of ours. Ages 4-12. Third Saturday of every month. read more...
