July 3rd Fireworks Display
The Borough of Conshohocken will host the Fireworks Display on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Fireworks begin at dusk approximately around 9:30 p.m. The fireworks display will be larger so that fireworks may be visible from as many vantage points as possible throughout the Borough. Due to the larger size of fireworks, a wider safety perimeter surrounding the discharge zone is required. As such, Sutcliffe Park and surrounding areas will be closed to the public during the event. Tests of the larger Fireworks display were completed to ensure that the majority of the Borough could still view and enjoy the fireworks from outside Sutcliffe Park.

Summer Concert Series
The Borough of Conshohocken hosts six outdoor park concerts as part of its Summer Concert Series. Concerts are held Thursday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Sutcliffe or Mary Wood Park. Individuals are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to set up a spot on the grass. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the parks.
Event updates will be posted to the Borough’s website and social media outlets.
Parking
There is limited off-street parking at Sutcliffe Park that can be accessed from W 10th Avenue and Freedly Street. On-street parking is also available surrounding the park. On-street parking only is available at Mary Wood Park.

Funfest
The Borough of Conshohocken is pleased to announce that Funfest will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Funfest has become a long-standing community event dating back to 1993. The event has been made possible in part by our residents, businesses, volunteers, and donors who have dedicated their time and resources.

Fayette Street from 1st to 6th Avenue
Activities
The event will be filled with live music and outdoor restaurant dining at 1st Avenue and Fayette Street. It also features a variety of art and craft vendors, community groups, businesses, and sponsor tables spanning two blocks, as well as a dedicated children’s area with free games and activities games.
*All activities from 2nd to 6th Avenue break down at 6 p.m. Live music and local food and drinks will continue between 1st and 2nd Avenue until 8 p.m.!

Road Closures & Parking Restrictions
The following road closures and parking restrictions will be in effect on the day of the event. Please plan accordingly.
- No parking will be available on Fayette Street from 1st Avenue to 6th Avenue beginning at 7 a.m. and lasting until the streets have cleared.
- Elm to 6th Avenue on Fayette Street will close at 7 a.m.
- 4th – 6th Avenue on Fayette Street will begin breaking down at 6 p.m. and open around 8 p.m., or when the street has been cleared.
- 1st – 3rd Avenue on Fayette Street will begin breaking down at 8 p.m. and open around 10 p.m., or when the street has been cleared.

Halloween Parade

Registration
Participants must register the day of the event prior to the start of the parade. Registration is held in front of Mary Wood Park House, located at 120 E. 5th Avenue, Conshohocken, PA. Registration age groups/categories are as follows:
- Toddlers (Ages 0-5)
- Children (Ages 6-12)
- Adults (Ages 13+)
- Group/Family Category
- Dog Category (dress and register your furry friend to win a prize!)
Parade Route & Activities
The parade route starts and ends in front of Mary Wood Park House. Participants head towards Hallowell Street on E. 5th Avenue and travel along the sidewalk around the block.
Refreshments and prizes will follow the parade at Mary Wood Park House. Prizes for the top three best costumes will be awarded per age group/ category. Please direct all event inquiries to the Borough of Conshohocken at 610-828-1092.
Christmas Drive-In Movie
Join the Borough of Conshohocken for their annual Christmas Drive-In Movie! This year’s movie will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the B-Field. This is a free event, but space is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. All participants must register online.
Registration for Borough residents begins on November 8.
Registration for Non-Borough residents begins on November 20.
Registration closes on December 6.
Check-in begins at 6 p.m. at the E. 13th Avenue entrance to the B-Field. Please have your registration confirmation e-mail ready upon check-in.

Holiday House Decoration Contest
Think you have the most festive house on the block? Enter to find out! The Borough of Conshohocken will host its annual Holiday House Decorating Contest, where residents can enter to win a prize for having the best-decorated house! Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each ward. One house will be awarded Best In Conshy. Prizes include gift cards from various Conshohocken local businesses. Participants must enter by completing the online entry form. Submission window will open on November 27.
Entry application must be received no later than December 5, 2023
- Entry is free, no cost or fees apply
- Must be a resident of Conshohocken Borough
- To confirm which Ward your home is located in, please view the Ward Map
- Homes must be fully decorated and ready for judging by 9 a.m. on December 8, 2023
- Judging will take place from December 8, 2023 through December 14, 2023
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes will be awarded per ward
- One home will be awarded Best In Conshy overall
- Winners will be notified on December 18, 2023
- Winners and all participating homes will be posted on December 18, 2023
- Winners will receive a lawn sign and gift card
- Judging will be done from outside the residence only. Judges will not enter the property to view back or side yards.
