Adults and teens can join us at the library for gentle yoga taught by certified yoga instructor Helen Mitchell. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice and designed to allow you to clear your mind while moving, stretching, and strengthening your body. Bring your own mat to class. Cost: $5.00 payable to the instructor.

Story Time with Ms. Pam is back on Mondays and Wednesdays in the Summer! 

Ms. Pam’s story times are fun for ages 0–6! Each week’s program will have a special theme; no registration is required. Please note the locations of the story times for the summer.


Monday Story Times with Ms. Pam will begin on Monday, June 10th at 10:30 am. Our Monday Story Times will be held at the Royersford VFW.

Wednesday Story Times with Ms. Pam will return on Wednesday, June 5th at 10:30 am. Our Wednesday Story Times will include a craft activity and will be held at the library.

By August 15, 2018, we managed to read 1,432,260 minutes, and nearly 900,000 of them were from our elementary age group (4th grade and younger)! Thank you to every single reader, parent, performer, and prize donor who helped us reach our goal of one million minutes! We couldn’t be prouder!

There are several ways to support the Royersford Free Public Library:

  • Write a check made payable to the Royersford Free Public Library noting 2022 Annual Appeal on the memo line. Drop off your check at the library or mail it to us at 200 S. Fourth Ave., Royersford, PA 19468.
  • Donate directly to the Royersford Free Public Library via PayPal or credit card by clicking here!
  • Adopt a book or any other regularly circulating material in someone’s honor using this form.

Your generous donations have assisted us in offering:

  • Children and Teen Programs: story times for babies and preschoolers; classes and workshops for tweens and teens focusing on art, dance, literature, music, and science; Family Education Programs presented by professional children’s entertainers
  • Adult Programs: book discussion groups, gardening workshops, craft workshops, mahjong, yoga, Medicare counseling, and training for online databases
  • Early Learning Center Computers, Leapfrog Kits, and Playaway Educational Tablets for children
