Attention plant lovers!
This event is free and open to the public. It is an NGC Horticultural Specialty Flower Show. The public can enter flowers, fruits, and vegetables for judging, but there are specific guidelines for presentation. Stop by the library any time to pick up a packet with details. Not growing much this year? Stop by on August 14th or 15th to see how your neighbors did. Bring the kids for a little STEM exposure too. Guideline packets are available at the circulation desk and next to our gardening book display on the first floor.
Tuesday, August 13, 2024 – entries accepted 5-7pm
Wednesday, August 14, 2024 – entries accepted 9-11am
Wednesday, August 14, 2024 – Show open to the public 4-7pm
Thursday, August 15, 2024 – Show open to the public 10am-1pm
