Judging
Comics were first evaluated by guest judges based on storytelling, character design, backgrounds, and composition. First and second place winners were chosen by the judges. The public was also invited to cast their votes for the Public Choice Award.

The winners among the middle school and high school entries are shown to recognize the fine artistry displayed.

Awards
The Public Choice Award winners as determined by the public receive $100 each.

First and second place winners determined by the judges receive $100 and $50, respectively.
