Join Kids Look Listen Create on Thursday, October 12 at 10:30am in the Community Room to bring classical music to Toddler Time. Creative class inspired by Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of Animals. This program is for ages 3-5 and registration is required.
In the first part of the class, we will discuss what carnival is. I will introduce a composer Camille Saint-Saëns and tell a few facts about him. I will tell a story accompanied by The Carnival of the Animals’ music. As children listen to the story, they will reenact different characters (animals) and move with the music. They will also play a musical game.
In the second part of the class, children will make a craft inspired ty the story, the music, and the materials. Registration opens on Thursday, October 5 at 12pm!
