This virtual gathering is intended to be accessible for people with a range of experiences with mindfulness, whether you’re just starting out on the path or you’re looking to deepen your practice. The virtual retreat will include a variety of mindfulness practices: guided and silent sitting meditation, gentle yoga, and lovingkindness practice.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and have a yoga mat and meditation cushion or pillow with you.

This program is presented by Beverly Fox, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Spring-Ford Counseling Services.
