Montgomery County Health and Human Services Partners with Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to Offer Rent Relief for Low and Moderate-Income Renters During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Mortgage Assistance is Also Available Directly from the PHFA.

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services has partnered with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to provide Rent Relief Program (RRP) payments of up to $750 per month in rental assistance to low and moderate-income renters hurt financially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Applications open July 6.

Applicants must be Montgomery County residents and meet additional criteria.

Applications are available at the Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library in Norristown, its four branches (Conshohocken Free Library, Perkiomen Valley Library at Schwenksville, Royersford Free Public Library, Upper Perkiomen Valley Library) and its bookmobiles.
