Chair yoga is a type of yoga that has been modified to allow participants to perform all of the required exercises from a seated position. It allows seniors and those with less mobility to reap the benefits of yoga without risking their safety.

Certified Yoga instructor Kamini will conduct sessions Every Thursday at the main library. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Instructor will provide yoga straps and tennis balls to use during the class.

Cost is $5/session. Instructor uses the funds for charity.
