Find your center with free Hatha Yoga classes.

Enjoy beginners’ Hatha Yoga! Learn the basic poses and alignments of this ancient and popular practice! No experience needed. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Library Volunteer Ash Aragam, a certified Yoga instructor, will conduct the sessions. Yoga mats are provided, but patrons are encouraged to bring their own if they have one.

Patrons can join Ash from 4 PM to 5 PM on most Friday afternoons. Call or visit the Computer Lab for updated information, (610)-278-5100, ext. 141.
