Enjoy beginner’s Hatha Yoga! Learn the basic poses and alignments of this ancient and popular practice. Instructors Sarah O’Brien and Roger Shaughnessy will teach the basic poses and alignments of Hatha Yoga. No experience is needed; mats available. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. The class will conclude with a one-half hour meditation session. Please join us on the second floor of the library. Registration is encouraged but not required.
