Mondays, September 14th through October 19th, 4:30 – 5:45 p.m. Yoga Home will visit the library to offer an introduction to yoga, including breath work, postures and philosophy. Designed for adults of all ages and of all physical abilities, those new to the practice, or those seeking a refresher on basic postures and breathing techniques. Even if you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before, you’ll walk away with the principles of yoga to continue practicing in a group class or at home. $10 per class. Register at the library.
