Experience Vinyasa Flow Yoga

  • Practice basic yoga poses and how to connect them fluidly through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness.
  • Expect a rejuvenating experience-light hearted, upbeat and a great opportunity to invite yoga into your life.
  • Develop grace, flexibility, core strength, balance and stress reduction.
  • Appropriate for students of all levels.

    8-week series every Thursday beginning May 7 (no class June 4) at 6:15 p.m. in the Community Room. Only $40 for 8 classes or $6 walk-in fee per class. Presented by Monika Koenig, CYT. Call 610-278-5100 to register. Make checks payable to “MC-NPL”

    Book Discussion Group
    This group of avid readers meets once a month in the library's Board Room. New members are welcome. The Book Discussion Group will not meet in July or August. The meetings will resume in September.
    Great Books Discussion Group
    In general this group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room. There are occasional exceptions however, so please check the calendar of events. New members are welcome, but please call Nora Reyner at 610-279-5150 before attending your first meeting.

    Foreign Movie Discussion Group
    This group meets once monthly to view and discuss foreign films. The next film “A Peck on the Cheek” will be shown on Saturday, July 11th at 11:00 a.m. in the Board Room. “A Peck on the Cheek”, drama/comedy, India. Music by Academy Award winning music composer of “Slumdog Millionaire”, A. R. Rahman. A sweet, funny, fairy tale about the adopted daughter of loving parents who wants to find her real mother, even if it means running away from home. The cinematography is absolutely gorgeous.
