Dancing, Singing and Moving All Around
Beginning July 7th, the A-V Department of the MC-NPL will be hosting Free Tuesday Afternoon movies. Movies shown will be filled with lots of dancing, singing and/or moving all around. Come join us for 5 fun-filled Tuesday afternoons, to watch some family favorites. Movies will be shown on a large screen in the community room on the 1st floor.
Movies will run on Tuesdays from July 7th-August 11th (except July 14th)

Our Services
In the MC-NPL Audio-Visual Department, we have approximately 6,000 entertainment and educational videos, 4000 DVDs and 50 video games. Newly released entertainment titles are checked out for a period of 2 nights. Older entertainment titles, educational titles and video games are checked out for 1 week (7days). For Entertainment videos/DVDs/video games there is a $1.00 rental fee. Educational videos/DVDs are free to borrow. A $2.00 per item fine will be assessed for each day that any item is returned late. Any patron under the age of 18 must have a permission card signed by a parent or guardian. Parent or guardian will have the option to give the child permission to borrow either children’s, educational and rated E (everyone) video games only or to borrow from the entire collection (including Rated R, T-Teen and M-Mature). Stop in to take a look through our Browsing collection, which contains newly released Educational and entertainment DVD’s as well as classics and other older titles. Video Games are back!!!
After receiving many requests, videogames are back! We have started out with a small collection (approximately 50) of PS3, Xbox and Wii Video games. Games rent for $1.00 for one week. Patrons may borrow one game per platform. They can only be rented by coming to MC-NPL and must be returned to MC-NPL. There are no renewals. We have something for everyone! Stop in to browse the collection!
